This practice is amazing. The office runs so smoothly that it puts typical medical practices to absolute shame. Easy to schedule appointments, short wait time, a beautiful and clean office... space. Every staff member- clerical, billing, assistants- is warm and thorough. Braces are not an easy or cheap endeavor and they take time to explain every step of the process and address concerns- at no point did we feel rushed or as if we were inconveniencing anyone by having questions. This extended all the way to Dr. Joe, who clearly makes an effort to get to know his patients and put even the littlest one at ease. I truly cannot say enough. Somehow, they have taken a life event that is super daunting to both children AND parents and made it almost enjoyable!read more
