We understand that your time is valuable, and making it into our office for a consult might be difficult. Wouldn’t it be nice to know if you are a candidate for orthodontic treatment before even walking through our door? With just a few simple steps, our virtual consultation makes that possible.
How It Works
Setting up your virtual consult is simple. Follow the steps below to get started!
STEP 1:
Complete the form below and submit your information.
STEP 2:
A team member will send you a text message confirming they got your request and will ask you to text back your smile photos and insurance information.
STEP 3:
First, take following selfies: smiling, not smiling, and both side profiles.
STEP 4:
Then, take the following photos of your teeth (as best as you can): smiling (teeth together), right side, left side, inside top, inside bottom.
STEP 5:
Finally, be sure to send us a copy or photo of your insurance card or insurance information.
*Note: Treatment plan is subject to change based on an in-office evaluation and x-rays/photos.
