The front desk staff is courteous. They print out a welcome sign with every patient's name on it, which is a nice touch. My daughter loves seeing her name there. Every time I have been to the office, they tend to us quickly. So far it has been a pleasant experience.

My 12-year-old son got his braces today. The staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. The entire process was easy and smooth. We are very excited to see the results.

From the initial meeting with Bethany we knew we found the best place for our daughter’s orthodontic treatments. We are always greeted with a smile and pleasant “how are you’s”. Dr. Joe is super nice and helps our girls feel comfortable & confident.

It wasn’t just an orthodontist appointment, it was an experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful, they definitely went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable at her consolation and first appointment. We’ve only just begun but so far 5 Stars.

This practice is amazing. The office runs so smoothly that it puts typical medical practices to absolute shame. Easy to schedule appointments, short wait time, a beautiful and clean office space. Every staff member- clerical, billing, assistants- is warm and thorough. Braces are not an easy or cheap endeavor and they take time to explain every step of the process and address concerns- at no point did we feel rushed or as if we were inconveniencing anyone by having questions. This extended all the way to Dr. Joe, who clearly makes an effort to get to know his patients and put even the littlest one at ease. I truly cannot say enough. Somehow, they have taken a life event that is super daunting to both children AND parents and made it almost enjoyable!
